How are your prices so low?
Cutebridals is able to offer our featured collections online in such a low price because we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ a sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

What is the delivery time for orders?
Regular orders normally take 4 weeks for production and 3 - 5 days for delivery; Rush orders we can accept is production within 3 weeks. You will receive en email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out (Including tracking number and website of international express company). In the event your order cannot be shipped ,you will be informed with the reason for delay via email from us(Surely it won’t happen normally). When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

Can I return and exchange items?
As we know it is difficult to order dresses online , so we very understand you , we accept exchange and refund if you are not satisfied with dresses because of mistakes made by us . Details please check Return Policy in our website. We much pay close attention to clients’ shopping feelings and their satisfaction.

How do I order?
We offer two convenient ways to order: online, offline(Bank Transfer or western union). Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online. To order by bank transfer and western union , you may have the online order form or request a form emailed to us by contacting us at cutebridals@hotmail.com.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors. How do I pay?
Create your account in www.cutebridals.com which shows your individual information which is necessary for shipping. Just choose the dresses you want to order and then choose color, size (or measurement), quantity in webpage of the products you want to buy , then click “ Add to cart “ , if you have special requirements , just e-mail us to cutebridals@hotmail.com or chat online with us via chatting tool in our website . If you order more dresses, we are much willing to give you discount , so please contact us if under this circumstance.

Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders in cutebridals.

How do I decide what size to order?
Please see Size Chart on our site. It is important that you follow our size chart to decide your size. Or you provide us your own measurements for us to custom made dresses for you
Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. We will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length.

Is there a charge for custom-made service?
Cutebridals offers custom-made service for FREE! All you have to do is input your measurements according to our Measurement Guide.
Note: We can change the length of the train, add sleeves on a sleeveless gown, change corset back style, You can input your ideas in the NOTE when you submit your order online. Do you offer plus size wedding dress to order online? What's the extra charge for it?

Can you make a dress off the pictures I provide?
Sure, it is so easy, simply choose a picture of any wedding dress stating the material, measurements (Note: It's better to provide the front, back and detail pictures of the dress). Then send the pictures or the link page to cutebridals@hotmail.com in the title" Request for designing wedding gown". You can input any ideas in the email. After we study, we'll provide you a quote, then upon your approval, our professional designers will begin creating your dream wedding dress. Once complete, you will receive your wedding dress via TNT/EMS within 3 - 5 days.

How will I be notified of my order status?
We always send e-mails to clients about order status , such as when we start dresses, when the dresses are completed , when we ship the dresses ( give you tracking number and website of express company ) , when the dresses will reach you , we will send you e-mails after you receive the dresses in order to we want to know your feedback of our dresses so that we will improve quality of dresses and service afterwards. So your feedback and suggestions are very important for us and if there are some problems we will help you to solve till you are satisfied with dresses.

How long is shipping from your location to me?
Normally orders shipping from our location normally take 3 - 6 business days for delivery. However, for some out-of-the-way places, the delivery time may be a bit late within one week business days .This may vary according to the DHL/TNT/EMS courier's schedule.
